At www.jimlyngvild.com, we only sell products, designed, produced or where Jim Lyngvild in an otherwise has an interest in the product.
All prices are shown i DKK/EURO incl. Danish VAT 25%.
We also impose Danish VAT 25% on orders, sent to other EU countries. Orders sent to Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland and Norway is handled without VAT but are subject to other costums regulations.
We offer delivery to these countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, the Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Sweden and Germany.

All orders are sent in cooperation with GLS. Where possible, they deliver to nearest GLS shop. Otherwise to your adress.
Terms of delivery
Delivery time is normal 5 working days in Denmark. Deliverytine to other countries varies. Administration of purchases and sales on www.jimlyngvild.com is handled by RAVNSBORG V/JIM LYNGVILD, VATNo. DK27 38 04 09. Orders are shipped with GLS . RAVNSBORG cannot be held responsible for delays. In case of long delay (several days) or missed deliveries, RAVNSBORG will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
Delivery abroad is not possible to order on the site at this moment. If you would like to place an order, delivered abroad, please sent us an e-mail to email@example.com
Price of delivery
All prices for deliveries are calculated based on the weight of the total order. No additional surcharge imposed to orders.
RAVNSBORG accept payment VISA/MASTERCARD/MAESTRO/DANKORT/MOBILEPAY./PAYPAL. RAVNSBORG encrypts all your card information with the so-called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol via E-Pay. RAVNSBORG does not store your card details, but passes it on to PBS/DIBS. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Right of cancellation
We offer 14 days with right to return on the goods, starting from the day you received your goods from us. From the date you have informed us that you have regretted your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. If you apply for your right of cancellation and the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as on receipt, the entire invoice is credited, including the shipping costs. Return costs are at the customer’s own expense.
If you choose to cancel your purchase, you can return the item even if you have used it. Once the item has been returned, we will assess any impairment of the item and then refund the purchase price less any impairment and shipping costs to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of the return yourself and you bear the risk of the item until we have received it. Refusal to receive the shipment does not apply as a right of cancellation. If you refuse to receive the shipment, we may resent it at your expense.

RAVNSBORG grants a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects found during the normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover faults, injuries or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised interference. Complaints about defects, which should be discovered by usual examination of the item, must be notified to RAVNSBORG within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or by appointment, possibly credit. In connection with complaints, RAVNSBORG bears return costs to a reasonable extent.
In the case of agreed decards, returned goods or prepaid items that are cancelled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and RAVNSBORG therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be disclosed by e-mail or other traditional form of correspondence without further ado.

Item return also takes place to this address – please note that we do not receive packages sent per C.O.D. Return can also be made by refusing receipt. This is not a requirement, but the handling is facilitated if adequate information follows the package – e.g. copy of order confirmation or enclosed invoice and possibly copy of prior correspondence, etc.
Refunds are made to the registration number and account number used when ordering/paying.

In connection with electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system, which is an E-label approved provider.
The shop system uses so-called cookies to control the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is just the term for a file that is stored on your own PC.
During a purchase, we will requested a name, address, phone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for the processing of the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. The “contract” itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at RAVNSBORG in such a way that you can later log in and see/change the status.
